Refund policy

MzanziStoreHub sells a done-for-you digital service: building and delivering a complete Shopify store in your chosen niche. Because work begins as soon as your order is placed — and your store is typically delivered within 24 hours — all sales are final once work has started. We do not offer refunds for delivered stores.

Before work starts
If you contact us within a reasonable time of placing your order and work has not yet begun, we may cancel and refund the order at our discretion.

Errors on our part
If the store we deliver does not match the niche you selected, or has a significant technical fault that prevents it from working, contact us at mzanzistorehub@gmail.com and we will fix it or make it right.
